This apartment is located in Sant’Agnello, which is a charming little town just 2 km adjacent from the
main town of Sorrento. It is a 3 minute drive in the car, or a walkable distance if you enjoy walking or good
public transport is also available. It is in the same building as Apartment Ref: STA3
DESCRIPTION:
This is a two roomed apartment and it is approximately 70 sq. mtrs., located on the second floor (no lift) of
an attractive Villa and is furnished in a modern and practical way, set in lovely gardens with orange and lemon
trees and is equipped with table and deckchairs and communal swimming pool, great for cooling off on a
hot summers day.
The apartment comprises of; a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub plus cabin shower and one large
kitchen. It is also possible to add an extra bed in the hall, if required.
This apartment has a large Italian style, country kitchen with oven and table and chairs, on one side is the
kitchen and on the other side of the room is an open fireplace with settee. The rooms face out onto a large
balcony overlooking the gardens. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs, ideal for dinning outside.
This apartment is ideal for couples or if you have one child, an extra bed can be added or even a small
group of friends. Because this apartment is in the same building as Apartment Ref: STA3, if you are a
large group of family and friends, you can hire out both apartments.

HOW TO REACH SORRENTO
FROM
ROME BY CAR:
From Rome take the "A1" south
(Napoli) and, after leaving Naples,
take the "A3" Napoli - Salerno
(Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow
the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”.
Exit at Castellammare di Stabia
and follow Sorrento.
FROM
ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a shuttle that connects
the Airport with the main railway
station in Rome. From the main
station there are several trains
to Naples (The trip takes approximately
2 hours). In alternative, (only
on week days) the “Marozzi” bus
leaves from Tiburtina train station
at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus
takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros
15.99).

NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY
CAR:
From Naples Capodichino Airport
follow the A/3 Naples-Salerno,
in the salerno direction, exit
at Castellammare di Stabia; once
in Castellammare di Stabia follow
the National Road 145 (SS 145)
as far as Sorrento which is about
48 kms away from Naples.

NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY
PUBLIC MEANS:
From Naples airport you can take
a taxi or bus to the railway station
at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main
train station board the local
Circumvesuviana trains which leave
for Sorrento every 20 minutes
all day. In alternative, from
Naples Capodichino Airport you
can take the bus “Curreri”, that
takes you directly to Sorrento;
it departs at 9:00 am – 11:30
am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30
pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes
approximately 1 hour).

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-
We request a deposit to hold the apartment plus credit card details, with the balance to be paid direct to the
Residence on arrival.
Damage Bond € 100.00 (Euro) - Clients shall also pay a "Damage Bond" on arrival and this is refunded
on departure.
Utilities - Included in the price - water, eletricity and gas.
Heating - 35 Euro per week
Final Cleaning - 30 Euro.
Method of Payment:-
The balance, which is paid on arrival, can be paid by Cash Euros, which they prefer, or by credit card.
(Important Note: they do not accept American Express or Maestro credit cards).
The Damage Bond (refunded at the end of your stay), Utilities, Air Conditioning or Heating and Final Cleaning must
be paid in Cash Euros on arrival.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Cancellation after the booking is made: Loss of deposit.
• 30% of the balance - 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 15 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 7- 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.
