LOCATION: 
This refined accommodation is located along Via Pietà in a central location in the heart of Sorrento.  
It is close to Piazza Tasso, the main square of Sorrento, but at the same time its quiet location makes this 
apartment ideal.  From the apartment you can easily reach the railway station and the port, where you can 
venture off to the other resorts of the area, such as Capri, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
DESCRIPTION: This elegant three-roomed apartment of 60 sq. mtrs., has its own independent entrance and can sleep up to 5 people. It is furnished with care and decorated with the precious Vietri ceramic tiles and Venetian lighting. It is composed of two floors; the ground floor has attractive Vietri Ceramic floor tiles throughout and a large living room with sofa-bed for 2 people, kitchen-corner and bathroom with shower. The first floor has parquet flooring and wooden ceiling beams, which makes this a comfortable area with a sofa-bed for 1 person and wardrobe, this then leads to the double bedroom, adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with toilet and wash basin only.
In addition the apartment is equipped with all modern comforts and air conditioning.
AMENITIES: Air conditioning - TV Colour (wall mounted flat screen) - Heating – Washing-machine - Dishwasher - Microwave Oven - Toaster - Restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate vicinity - Train station and Post Office at 400 meters – Bus stop and Paying Parking, banks at 200 mtrs., away – Pay Beach at 500 meters.
HOW TO REACH SORRENTO

FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome take the "A1" south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the "A3" Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento.

FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. From the main station there are several trains to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only on week days) the “Marozzi” bus leaves from Tiburtina train station at 7:00 am and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99).

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino Airport follow the A/3 Naples-Salerno, in the salerno direction, exit at Castellammare di Stabia; once in Castellammare di Stabia follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento which is about 48 kms away from Naples.

FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:
From Naples airport you can take a taxi or bus to the railway station at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main train station board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day. In alternative, from Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus “Curreri”, that takes you directly to Sorrento; it departs at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers can be arranged to your apartment. On the Booking Form at the bottom of this page there is a section "Request Quote for Transfers", simply click "Yes" or "No", if requested, we will get back to you with our quote.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:- 
- We request a 20% Deposit of the full amount to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid direct to the
Apartment's office on arrival.  The 20% deposit is to be made in GBP Sterling, this can be made by credit card 
(via PayPal) or cheque made payable to "Pozzuoli Holidays Limited". 
Should you cancel after the booking is made, the deposit is not refundable.
"Utilities" -  Clients shall pay an additional € 100.00 (Euro) on arrival to cover costs for electricity, running water, 
gas, cleaning and weekly linen (one set of towels and linen per week).

"Damage Bond" € 100.00 (Euro) - Clients shall also pay a "Damage Bond" on arrival and this is refunded on departure.

Check-in: from 15:30 to 20:00 except by previous arrangement. 
Check-out: within 10:00 of the departure day except by previous arrangement.
Important Note: Should you arrive after 20:00 hours they will arrange a meeting point to take you to your 
chosen apartment and for this they charge 10 Euro for every hour after 20:00 hours. Please advise of your 
expected arrival time on the booking form below.

Method of Payment:-
Option 1:-
You pay 20% Deposit of the accommodation, with the 80% balance + Utilities 80 Euro + Damage Bond 100 Euro upon arrival in Cash Euros (no credit cards accepted), with the "Damage Bond" being refunded at the end of your stay. At the time of making the booking, we will send you a form via email, for you to complete and add your credit card details and email back to us. This purely acts as a guarantee in the event should you cancel or in case of a "No Show". You will then be advised of any charges and they will deduct their Cancellation Charges from your card, so as to compensate for loss of business. (See Cancellation Charges below).
Option 2:-
You Pay 20% Deposit, (not refundable) of the accommodation, then 4 weeks prior to your arrival, you pay
the final 80% of your balance + the "Utilities charge via Bank Transfer, with the Damage Bond to be paid in 
cash Euros on arrival (refundable on departure). 
In this instance, we do not require your credit card details.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Cancellation after the booking is made: Loss of deposit (20%)
If you cancel From 30 days before check-in To 11 days before check-in : An additional 30% shall be charged
to your credit card - Total charge 50%
If you cancel From 10 days before check-in To 0 hours before check-in : An additional 80% shall be charged 
to your credit card - Total charge 100%
For a "No Show" - An additional 80% shall be charged to your credit card - Total charge 100%
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason. 

HANDING OVER OF THE HOUSE KEYS: The house keys are handed over on arrival, which must be between the hours of 16.00 - 20:00 and they must be handed back by 10.00 am on the departure day. The normal booking week runs from Saturday to Saturday, but we will try to satisfy our client's wishes whenever it is possible. On arrival, you'll be asked to pay an additional cost for utility bills, and leave a bond (caution money) which will be reimbursed on departure. The house keys won’t be handed over if the number of the clients is more than the number communicated at the moment of the reservation.

FEATURES OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodations are furnished as holiday homes, this may make you feel that you do not have all the comforts that you have in your own home, but the most important items are already there for your desposal, like the electric appliances which are mentioned on the web site.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS: On arrival you will receive a phone number which you may dial if in need of help. Clients are obliged to communicate to the organiser any difference or problems regarding the dwelling they have paid for as soon as possible: so every problem can be solved right away.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.

CHANGES ON CLIENTS ARRIVAL: If for any reason owing to a cause beyond control, on arrival the organiser cannot supply you with the apartment or villa you booked, an alternative accommodation solution will be offered in the form of accommodation of the same or higher price range without additional costs. In case the standard of the accommodation is lower than that one you booked, you will be refunded the difference.
