These apartments are located right in the heart of the City of Rome, just behind Porta Maggiore,
close to Termini Station, the Colosseum, as welll as the historical and commercial centre of the city.
The closest subway station is Manzoni, only 10 minutes walking distance from the apartments.
Also being close to Termini Station assures fast connections to all city destinations: only 2 subway
stops away from the Colosseum.
DESCRIPTION:
There are 13 apartments in total, which are brand new, modernly furnished and fully serviced with all comforts;
also ideal for long term accommodation. The photos above give an illustration of the various apartment's decor
and design, which all vary, they all have excellent facilities, to make you really feel comfortable and at home.
The apartments consist of an entrance hall, one double size bedroom, a living room with 2 convertible sofa beds,
fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Each flat also benefits from its own private garage.
Entrance to the apartments have an armoured entry door with magnetic card lock, electric shutters, smoke detectors,
fire alarms and fire doors.
The building has two lifts, video entry phone and is controlled by a CCTV system.
Each apartment can accommodate 2-4 people comfortably - maximum 6 people. They are ideal for couples wanting
a spacious apartment, families and groups of friends.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Pets not allowed.
Reception is available only on guests arrival and departure and has to be pre-arranged, when booking.
AMENITIES:
All apartments have; 20” LCD satellite TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer, espresso coffee
maker, safe box, video entry phone and garage for parking.
Included in the price:-
Tax, garage, electricity, water, gas, central heating, air conditioning, internet connection (LAN & WI-FI),
bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, cleaning at the end of the stay, once a week tidying with change of linen.
Guest are responsible for the daily cleaning.
Free of charge equipment available on request:
Fax, printer, photocopier (limited n° of pages), DVD player, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, radio,
food processor, juice squeezer, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, high chair and cradle.

HOW TO REACH ROME
FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT:
Train\Bus: “No stop” train Leonardo Express arrives at Termini Station in 30 min (€11).
From Termini Station take bus 14 which will arrive at Porta Maggiore in 5 stops, just 76m to the apartment.
Taxi: About 40 min trip (€40 fixed price).
Car :Take highway Roma-Fiumicino and follow the directions to Rome centro (30 Km, about 45 min).
FROM CIAMPINO AIRPORT:
Bus: The airport is served by several bus connections which take you to Termini Station (40 min, €10).
Taxi: About 30 min trip (€30).
Car: Take Via Appia Nuova and follow the directions to Roma Centro (15 km, 30 min).
FROM TERMINI RAILWAY STATION:
Bus :Bus 14 take you to Porta Maggiore Station in 5 stops, just 76m to LUX.
Taxi: About 10 min trip (€6).
By foot: About 15min from Station to the main entrance of the apartments.
BY CAR:
From the highway A1 (Firenze or Napoli) or A24 (L'Aquila) take the GRA exit to Roma Est and follow
the directions to Roma Centro. The apartments are just 200m away from the exit of Tangenziale Est.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-
- We request a deposit to hold the apartment, along with credit card details, these details are held on file only to
guarantee against cancellation charges or a no show, with the balance to be paid direct to the apartment's office
on arrival by Cash Euros or credit card - cards accepted are; American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
Or you can pay via Bank Transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival, bank transfer costs payable by you.
The deposit can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or cheque made payable to"Pozzuoli Holidays Limited".
Should you cancel after the booking is made, the deposit is not refundable.
Check-in: From 14:00 to 19:00 by previous arrangement. Arrivals outside these hours, have to be advised.
Check-out: Before 10:00 - Any damage in the apartment will be charged as per damage-list-prices.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
-If you cancel the booking anytime prior 15 days of your arrival date - no charge - only loss of deposit.
-If you cancel the booking from 14 to 3 days prior to your arrival date - Loss of deposit + 10% of the total
balance due will be charged.
-If you cancel the booking from 2 days up to your arrival date or a "No Show" - Loss of deposit + 20% of the
total balance due will be charged.
