once at the property the views are truly rewarding.
Distances to; Amalfi 6 Km (3.73 miles); Sorrento 36 Km (22.37 miles); Naples airport 60 Km (37.28 miles);
Salerno and train station 30 Km (18.64 miles).
DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is 55 sq. metres and well equipped. It is a completely open planned apartment,
where you can walk freely between the living quarters and bedroom, ideal for couples.
A spacious open plan kitchen/living room with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and terrace with sea view.
The living room area has a sofa bed, TV, radio and exits onto the same terrace
The bedroom area has a king size bed and exits onto the terrace.
The bathroom has a shower.
The terrace overlooks the surrounding mountains and sea, the hamlet of Torello, the villages of Minori and Maiori.
The pool is not on the property, it is located just a few metres from the apartment and is a public pool where
you pay on entry. The pool is open from June to September.
AMENITIES:
The apartment is equipped with television, dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning blows warm and cold air,
and other basic amenities.
Pay car park is available at a 2 minute walk.
Bus stop, car park, restaurants and cafés are all within a spectacular walk.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.
FROM TRAIN
STATION:
From Naples Central, take the
railway to SALERNO and from here
a regular coach service runs to
Amalfi almost every hour from
SITA bus station, from here you
can take a bus or taxi to Ravello.
FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino
Airport" you can take a Taxi
outside direct to Ravello, it
is always best to negotiate a
price before entering the Taxi
or from Naples, Piazza Municipio
the SITA coach service runs directly
to Amalfi, from here you can take
a bus or taxi to Ravello.
BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit
at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road
towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally
take the "Ss 163" to
Ravello.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.
Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay.
Final Cleaning - 40 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating and or air-conditioning - 50 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00 hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro.
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00 hrs
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.
RESPONSABILITY
OF THE CLIENTS:
Clients have to take
care of the accommodation, furniture
and all the objects and items
in it. They will be considered
responsible for any damage of
these.
