LOCATION: 
Majestically, Ravello sits proudly above the Amalfi Coast along with pretty palazzos, old churches and quaint gardens.  
It is famous for the classical music that inspired and captured the hearts of many musicians, painters, writers even 
actors and actresses.
This apartment is on a complex, which is located a 150 metres from the main piazza of Ravello, with the Duomo 
and the gardens of Villa Rufolo within easy reach. Just as conveniently accessible are the delightful restaurants that 
set their tables out in the Duomo's piazza in the evening for all to congregate and enjoy the local food and vibrant 
atmosphere.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is situated on the lower terrace of the complex and close to the swimming pool. 
The entrance to the apartment is via a patio, equipped with table and chairs.  Vietri ceramics and the colour-schemes 
add unique charm to this apartment. There is a good sized  kitchen/living room with two small sofas and a modern 
well-equipped kitchen: gas hob with four rings, (no oven), toaster, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs. 
The kitchen looks onto the patio, making serving outside easy. There is a double bedroom that has both modern
and antique furniture, with a second bedroom that has two single beds. The bathroom has wc, sink and shower.  
Bathroom, bedroom and kithchen linen are included. Bedroom linen changed once per week with bathroom and 
kitchen linen changed twice per week. Cleaning twice per week.

There is a large communal swimming pool set on the main terrace of the complex, with sun beds and umbrellas 
(no charge) surrounded by beautiful scenery and is open from 1st May to 31st October.  
Due to the complex's fairly steep location, approximately 50 steps, as well as steps from the gate to the various 
apartments, this complex is not suitable for the elderly or infirm. 
Public parking is available by the main square, payable locally.
Porter service is available at a fee.

This apartment consists of:
A double bedroom with king size bed.
A twin bedroom. 
An open plan lounge/diner with kitchenette.
A bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
Patio with table and chairs.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Salerno Railway station there is a bus service leaves every hour to Amalfi and from Amalfi 
you change the bus to go to Ravello.

FROM AIRPORT:
From Naples (Capodichino) airport take the shuttle bus to the central railway station and then you can take the train or the bus to Salerno. Or you can take a Taxi from out side the airport, also negotiate a price before hand.

BY CAR:
From the North: Take motorway A3 south from Rome to Naples. After Naples keep on autostrada A3 south towards Salerno for 38 km. Exit at Angri. Follow the signs Costiera Amalfitana-Valico di Chiunzi-Ravello.
From the South: Arriving from the Campania region you are on motorway A3 North, exit at Salerno Centro take a left turn, follow signs Costiera Amalf. and Vietri sul Mare. Once you reach Vietri proceed in the direction of Ravello, passing by Cetara, Erchie, Maiori, Minoricalm.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:- 
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Apartments run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is between the hours of 14:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 200 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay 
Final Clean - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartments at the end of your stay.
Electric and Gas are included in the price.
Porter Service: 5.00 Euro per piece of luggage, to be requested on reservation and to be paid locally.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period
• 50% - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period
• 100% - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
