LOCATION: 
This apartment has been completely refurbished in 2002 and it is approximately 90 sq. metres and can sleep upto 4 people 
very comfortably.  It is ideal for a family of 4 or small group of friends.
This apartment is located in the higher, panoramic part of Positano. They are ideal for a relaxing holiday and a good base for 
guests wanting to do excursions along the coast.  
There is a stairwell to reach the apartment of about 85 steps, hence the spectacular views!
The centre of the town can either be reached by local bus in five minutes (bus stop 50 metres from apartment), 
or by descending the characteristic stairways of Positano. 
The bus stop for Amalfi, Sorrento and Naples is at 20 meters from the apartment.
Within a range of 200 metres there are: coffee shop, restaurant, tobacconist, food, fruit and vegetables, butcher, fish shop, 
post office, newspaper stand and cash machine.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is quite spacious and comprises of the following rooms;
1 Double bedroom with air conditioning.
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds with air conditioning.
Living room with kitchen corner, dining area, tv and air conditioning.
Shower bathroom.
Terrace with table and chairs.

AMENITIES:
It is also equipped with television, fridge, gas hob, oven and air conditioning.
Collection parking is also available at approx, 22 Euro per day
Electric is charged on consumption.
There is a swimming pool 50 metres from the apartment, pay on entrance. 

FROM TRAIN STATION:
At the main train station Piazza Garibaldi in Naples you will be able to board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day long.

FROM  AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino you should follow the motorway "A3" Naples-Salerno as far as the exit Castellammare di Stabia; 
once you are in Castellammare you follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento, which is about 48 kms away 
from Naples.  Everywhere (also along the motorway) there are brown signs "Penisola Sorrentina": follow that sign. 
When you arrive to Piano di Sorrento (a village along the way) take Via Cavone and follow the National Road 163 to Positano.

FROM  AIRPORT BY BUS:
An alternative, from the Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus of “Curreri” company that takes directly to Sorrento 
with departure at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour). 
Once in Sorrento you can board the buses operated by the "Sita" company that takes to Positano (40' min). 

FROM ROME BY CAR: 
From Rome reach the main road "A1"direction south Napoli and, after leaving Napoli, take the main road "A3" to Napoli - 
Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). At Castellammare di Stabia, take the road to Sorrento. Everywhere (also along the 
motorway) there are brown signs "Penisola Sorrentina": follow that sign. 
When You arrive to Piano di Sorrento (a village along the way) take Via Cavone and follow the National Road 163 to Positano.

FROM ROME BY BUS: 
A shuttle links the Airport with the main railway station in Rome. 
From Rome several trains go to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only during working days) 
from the Termini train station You can take the bus of “Marozzi” company that leaves from the capital at 7:00 am 
and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99). In Sorrento You can board the buses operated by the "Sita" 
company that takes to Positano (40' min).

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Apartments are bookable from Saturday to Saturday and are open from 11th March to 11th November.
Prices are per week and include water, gas, 1 set of towels per person, bed linen and final cleaning.
Extra payment for electricity is charged on consumption at 0.50 Euro per kilowatt.

Check-in is between the hours of 16:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs 
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period
• 50% - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period
• 100% - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
