LOCATION: 
This is a villa divided into two apartments, and this particular apartment is situated on the upper floor and 
lies in a grand panoramic position overlooking Positano, among the lush Mediterranean vegetation of the 
Amalfi Coast, immersed in a huge garden with colourful flowers, various plants and fruit trees. 

DESCRIPTION:
Here you can spend your holiday relaxing amongst the perfumes and typical smells of the Coast, as well as the 
possibility of cultural daily excursions along the coastline and near the known places of Amalfi, Ravello, 
Capri, Sorrento and Pompei. 
The apartment is located on the main coastal road, from here there is a stairwell and by climbing 
approximately 15 steps, you reach the main gate of the property (which is shared with the other apartment 
located on the floor below). Walking along the side of garden leads you to a few steps at the end, which 
take you directly to the independent entrance of this apartment. 
There is a beautiful rustic living room and from here leads to the bedroom areas, which comprises of:
A bedroom with king size bed, bathroom (w/bath) and a terrace with sea view. 
A bedroom with king size bed and a terrace overlooking the sea. 
A bathroom with shower. 
A kitchen with exit to the terrace.
On the second floor there is: 
A bedroom with a French bed.
A bath with shower.
An exit to a big terrace overlooking the village and the sea.
Terraces are furnished with tables and chairs.
The garden area is also furnished with tables and chairs, which is shared with the other apartment.

AMENITIES:
It is equipped with oven, fridge, washing machine and air conditioning.
Electricity - pay on consumption.
It is not possible to park at this property, however, there is a pay public garage in the vicinity.
Location: Amalfi 18 Km; Ravello 22 Km; Sorrento 15 Km; Naples airport 40 Km; Salerno and train station 40 Km.
Apartments are bookable from Saturday to Saturday.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
At the main train station Piazza Garibaldi in Naples you will be able to board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day long.

FROM AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino you should follow the motorway "A3" Naples-Salerno as far as the exit Castellammare di Stabia;
once you are in Castellammare you follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento, which is about 48 kms away
from Naples. Everywhere (also along the motorway) there are brown signs "Penisola Sorrentina": follow that sign.
When you arrive to Piano di Sorrento (a village along the way) take Via Cavone and follow the National Road 163 to Positano.

FROM AIRPORT BY BUS:
An alternative, from the Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus of “Curreri” company that takes directly to Sorrento
with departure at 9:00 am – 11:30 am – 01:00 pm – 02:30 pm – 04:30 pm – 07:00 pm. (The trip takes approximately 1 hour).
Once in Sorrento you can board the buses operated by the "Sita" company that takes to Positano (40' min).

FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome reach the main road "A1"direction south Napoli and, after leaving Napoli, take the main road "A3" to Napoli -
Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). At Castellammare di Stabia, take the road to Sorrento. Everywhere (also along the
motorway) there are brown signs "Penisola Sorrentina": follow that sign.
When You arrive to Piano di Sorrento (a village along the way) take Via Cavone and follow the National Road 163 to Positano.

FROM ROME BY BUS:
A shuttle links the Airport with the main railway station in Rome.
From Rome several trains go to Naples (The trip takes approximately 2 hours). In alternative, (only during working days)
from the Termini train station You can take the bus of “Marozzi” company that leaves from the capital at 7:00 am
and 3:00 pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento ( Euros 15.99). In Sorrento You can board the buses operated by the "Sita"
company that takes to Positano (40' min).

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 70 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
Electricity - pay on consumption.
Apartments are bookable from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00 hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00 hrs
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
