About Conca dei Marini:
Conca dei Marini is one of the jewels on the Amalfi Coast, which was originally founded by the Romans
near the year 500 BC. It was once an old fishing village, but today it is a well known tourist attraction,
with its typical Mediterranean style houses dotted along the coastline. There is the splendid landmark called
"Capo di Conca", (a Saracen Tower), which was a sixteenth century defense tower that juts out from the
headland. Conca dei Marini is also famous for its "Grotta dello Smeraldo" (Emerald Grotto) renowned for its
astonishing emerald-green waters, and its under sea "Presepe" (the scene of the birth of Christ).
You can reach The Grotto by land and boat and a guided tour is available of the cave interior.
Other points of interest in Conca dei Marini is the Church of San Pancrazio that has a stunning view from its
courtyard of the Amalfi Coast, also San Antonio of Padua, San Michele Arcangelo, and the Monastery of
Santa Rosa. Conca dei Marini is in a good location to reach Amalfi, Positano and many other towns along
the Amalfi Coast.

LOCATION:
The villa is located in Conca dei Marini, and painted with the typical Mediterranean colours of the dark green
of thick vegetation and the yellow of the famous local lemons.
It boasts wonderful views over the Gulf of Salerno and is only 3 km away from Amalfi.
The villa is composed of two levels and is surrounded by terraces and gardens.
From the main road (where you can easily park the car), there are 70 steps that take you to the entrance,
from which a long and beautiful avenue leads you to a very big terrace. The extension of this terrace
belongs to an adjoining property, used only a few days per year.

DESCRIPTION:
The terrace has three entrances to the villa:
Once you enter the main entrance, the stairs are just in front that take you to the upper level where the
bedrooms are located.
On the right there is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
A toilet (without shower).
On the left there is a bright, sunny living room and dining room, separated by arches and both rooms can be
reached directly from the terrace through the other two entrances.
The upper level has two bathrooms (one with bath, the other with shower) and four bedrooms.
A double with king size bed and balcony overlooking the sea.
A room with three single beds (or a king size and single bed), with a window overlooking the sea.
A room with two single beds (or a king size bed).
A room with two single beds.
From the same upper floor you can reach another terrace with gardens, as well as a third outside level with
another terrace (this one is also shared with the other property).
The beach is only 1 km away from the villa.

Parking is on the main road.

Distances: Amalfi 3km; Sorrento 35 km; Naples airport 60 km; Salerno and train station 23 km.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Naples Central, take the railway to SALERNO and from here a regular coach service runs to Amalfi almost every hour from SITA bus station and from here you can take a taxi to Conca dei Marini.

FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino Airport" you can take a Taxi outside direct to Conca dei Marini, it is always best to negotiate a price before entering the Taxi or from Naples, Piazza Municipio the SITA coach service runs directly to Amalfi and from here you can take a taxi to Conca dei Marini.

BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "SS 145" road towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally take the "SS 163" to Amalfi, heading to Conca dei Marini.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:- 
We request a deposit to hold the villa, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.
Damage Bond - this villa requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 250 Cash Euro  - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Clean - 100 Euro made payable direct to the villa at the end of your stay.
Heating and air conditioning payable on consumption.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period
• 50% - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period
• 100% - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
