LOCATION: 
Among the old historical site, in the centre of Nerano (Massa Lubrense),a small town 16 kilometres (9 Miles) 
from Sorrento, is a residence with 5 separate apartments, there are 2 floors in the building - no lift. 
They have been built with the typical local stone and all the apartments are comfortably and well equipped 
with; oven, freezer, refrigerator, stereo, TV satellite, air-conditioning, bathroom and hair dryer. 
There is a communal swimming pool that the apartments share with 4 other apartments, as well as sun beds,
garden and a wonderful panoramic view of the Nerano Bay. 
There are car parking facilities - 1 car per apartment and nearby are food shops and the bus station, where 
you can take the bus to the private beach (1 km away) and onto Sorrento.

DESCRIPTION:
Apartment of 80 square metres and comprises of; living-room with kitchen corner and sofa-bed, panoramic 
terrace, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with hair dryer and hydromassage Jacuzzi, 
air-conditioning. The apartment has modern, comfortable furniture and is well equipped with; oven, 
freezer, refrigerator, stereo, TV, hydromassage Jacuzzi and use of communal swimming-pool.

AMENITIES:
The price includes: water, electricity (Heating 8 hours a day), gas, air conditioning, 
parking - 1 car each apartment, use of swimming pool (open March to October) in common area, 
private beach. It does not include the final cleaning of the apartment and the linen change. 
The separate price for this is: 50 € and it is to be made payable direct to the 
Residence.  Languages spoken English, French and German - There are 2 floors - no lift - 
they do not have direct dialing telephones in the apartments - there is a supermarket, at only 
20 mt from the residence.
You can connect your modem so that you can surf the Internet from your apartment.

HOW TO REACH NERANO (Massa Lubrense)

FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome take the \"A1\" south (Napoli) and, after leaving Naples, take the \"A3\" Napoli - Salerno (Not Tangenziale Napoli). Follow the brown sign “Penisola Sorrentina”. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento, you drive right through the town of Sorrento and follow signs to Massa Lubrense - Full details given on how to arrive.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers can be arranged to your apartment. On the Booking Form at the bottom of this page there is a section "Request Quote for Transfers", simply click "Yes" or "No", if requested, we will get back to you with our quote.

The above prices include water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, parking, use of swimming pool in common area, private beach. It does not include the final cleaning of the apartment and the linen change. The price for this is: 50 €.

To Book - We request a 15% Deposit of the full amount to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid 
direct on arrival at the Residence - they only accept Cash Euros for Balance and Damage Deposit.

Final Cleaning - Clients shall pay €50.00 Euro for the final clean and linen change - payment to be made 
direct to the Residence.
Damange Deposit - € 200.00 (Euro) - payment to be made direct to the Residence on arrival and is returned on 
departure.

Check-out: before 10:00

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
-Cancellation up to 2 months before Check in, loss of deposit
-Cancellation from 2 months up to 45 days before Check in, a charge of 30% of the balance is required.
-Cancellation from 45 days to 30 days before Check in, a charge of 50 % of the balance is required.
-Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before Check in, a charge of 70 % of the balance is required
-Cancellation after 15 days before Check in or in case of No Show the total balance is required.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
