TYPES OF APARTMENTS: STANDARD SUPERIOR DELUXE
LOCATION:
This 19th Century building is composed of 21 completely renovated apartments, stylish and blends well with the structure.
The building was previously home to the “Accademia dei Risoluti”, which gave birth to the theatre named “Alfieri”.
On the main gate there is an engraving of the “Cavallo Sfrenato” (the galloping horse) symbol of the “Accademia dei
Risoluti” whose motto was “valoroso destrier passa e non cura”, (brave horse passing without fear).
The building is
located in Via Pietrapiana at
the point where the road meets
Piazza Ciompi. In this very noble
square, where the Ghiberti family
once lived, opposite Palazzo Ciompi,
there is “Loggia del Pesce”,
designed by Vasari, a structure
simple and straight in design
and composed of 18 thin Doric
columns with a variety of small
round terracotta fish.
In Piazza dei
Ciompi there is probably the only
fixed flea marked in Italy, open
every day, morning and evening.
It is possible to find old lamps,
books, bijou and various objects
from the recent and distant past.
Every last Sunday of the month
the market becomes larger by about
another 100 stalls distributed
in the streets around the Piazza.
These apartments
are located in the centre of the
old city about 150 metres from
the square of “Santa Croce”,
350 metres from “Piazza
del Duomo” and about 500
metres from Via Tornabuoni. These
apartments are ideal for holidays
and business.
DESCRIPTION:
In the building there are two modern elevators to get to the apartments. In front of the building there is a car park
for up to 12 cars. Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guests. Every apartment has central heating,
air conditioning telephone and separate connections for internet and satellite TV. There is also a fully fitted corner
kitchen, which includes cooker, oven, dish washer and fridge.
On every floor there are washing machines and tumble dryers for use of the guests.
These apartments are beautifully and exquisitely designed to make your stay memorable!

size bed and one with twin beds (queen bed on request), two bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower).

From the Amerigo Vespucci airport is 5km to the centre of Florence and it is convenient to take a
taxi from there to the apartments.

We request a 15% Deposit of the full amount via PayPal to hold the apartment, with the balance to
be paid direct to the apartments on departure.
The apartments also require your credit card details in case of Cancellation Charges or a "No Show and you
can fax these direct to them, or we can telephone you for your details.

Should you cancel anytime prior to 7 nights, loss of deposit, should you cancel after 7 nights
