These City apartments are located just 3 blocks away from the marvellous Duomo and there are a total of 
12 recently refurbished apartments, with modern facilities. Its location, right in the centre, is perfect 
to fully enjoy the charming city of Florence, everything is at a walking distance: the Accademia 
Gallery, where the famous David by Michelangelo is preserved, is just round the corner, the Uffizi 
Gallery is 10 minutes away by foot and all around you will find shops of the most famous Italian 
brands, cafes, restaurants, theatres, open air and mini-markets together with the leather market and 
the picturesque handicraft shops.

DESCRIPTION:
The Suites, with their warm colours, modern fittings and spacious bathrooms, are designed to let 
guests enjoy the enchanted atmosphere of Florence with the intimacy of home. Anti-allergic pillows, 
Sommier mattresses ensure a good nights sleep.  They have chosen natural materials for furnitures 
teak, Acquabianca marble from Carrara and Marquinia black marble, stones, Absolute Black granite 
and fine porcelain stoneware. Every flat is equipped with the following facilities: individual air 
conditioning and heating, telephone and intercom, satellite TV, free DSL fast Internet connection, 
a bathroom with shower or bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are changed 
twice a week and the Suites are cleaned every day, kitchen included!
The apartments have been designed to meet the needs of both tourists and business travellers, offering 
them any kind of comfort including a free DSL fast Internet connection in each Suite. 
There is no breakfast room, but Guests can enjoy a "like at home" breakfast in their Suite thanks to the
fully equipped kitchens or have it served next door at the Robiglio Cafè which makes the best croissants 
and pastries in Florence. For lunch and dinner many choices, from the romantic restaurant on the river 
with live music to the typical trattoria where you have to share the table with someone else but you will 
eat the best steak in Florence (very rare!). you can take advantage of our grocery delivery service ordering 
at the Reception the ingredients of your meal, maybe joining it with a private cooking lesson. Or order a 
complete meal from proper restaurants directly delivered at your Suite door.

Superior Suite (for 2-4 people) - 2 Room Apartment
Bedroom (double or twin beds), living room with a double or twins sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen, 
bathroom with shower or bathtub.
Apartment size: 60 square metres (645 square feet)

Deluxe Suite (for 2-4 people) - 3 Room Apartment
Suite Deluxe is at the top floor with lift, faces the red roofs of Florence and it is composed of a double 
bedroom with a queen size bed and a flat TV screen with LCD monitor, a living room with a comfortable 
double sofa-bed and a 32" flat screen TV hung on the wall, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen 
and a bathroom with shower.
The bathroom is equipped with soft Frette® bathrobes and slippers and other bath amenities.
Apartment size: 65 square metres (700 square feet)

HOW TO REACH FLORENCE

FROM  AIRPORT :
From the Amerigo Vespucci airport is 5km to the centre of Florence and it is convenient to take a
taxi from there to the apartments.

BY CAR:
Please advise in which direction you are coming from and we will send you a detailed route.

Extra bed available for Superior Suites only: 20.00 EUR per night up to 12 years, 30.00 EUR per night for 
the adults.
Reception opening time: from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm
(For arrivals on Sundays or out of our Reception opening times, please advise your approximate arrival 
time at the time of the booking, so we can arrange for someone to welcome you on arrival.
All the apartment's prices include electric, gas and air conditioning

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a 10% Deposit of the full amount via PayPal to hold the apartment, with the balance to
be paid direct to the Apartment's office on departure.
The Apartments also require your credit card details in case of Cancellation Charges or a "No Show and you 
can fax these direct to them.
No monies are taken from your card whatsoever, they act purely as a guarantee for cancellation charges 
or a no show to compensate for the Apartments's loss of business.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel anytime prior to 7 nights, loss of deposit, should you cancel after 7 nights 
prior to arrival or a no show, loss of deposit and you would be charged for a 1 night stay.
