LOCATION:
This apartment is situated in Conca dei Marini - a village scattered among the sky, the sea and 
the earth, and only three kilometres away from Amalfi. Here the dominant colours are the 
dark green of thick prosperous vegetation, and the yellow of the splendid lemons on the coast.
The apartament is fully renovated and decorated with modern furniture. 
At the entrance of the main gate, there is a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs. 
From this area and from the garden you can admire the vast blue sea, Amalfi and the entire 
coast surrounded by the mountains. 
Car hire is advisible.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is made up of:
•A kitchen furnished with stove top, oven and fridge;
•A bedroom with king size bed (separable, when required), with a window overlooking the Amalfi Coast;
•A bedroom with king size bed on an mezzanine floor, two arched windows overlooking the Coast;
•A dining/living room with TV and terrace, from which it is possible to have meals while enjoying the view;
•A bathroom with shower;
A laundry with washing machine.
Reaching the apartment is very easy. Once you park the car, there are only few easy steps (about 30).
The beaches are located 1 km away from the house.
Location: Amalfi 3 km; Positano 17 km; Sorrento 35 km; Naples airport 60 km; Salerno and train station 23 km.

AMENITIES:
It is equipped with television, fridge, washing machine, air conditioning blows warm and cold air.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

BY CAR:
From the A1 in Naples pick up the A3 south to Salerno/Reggio Calabria.
Incidentally, the junction of the A1-A3 is by the Naples Capodichino airport and you have to 
go always straight on, not to turn picking up the A30 south to Salerno.
Exit Castellamare di Stabia and  follow the indication Agerola/Costiera Amalfitana; 
Continue along the same, where after 14/15 Km later you will arrive in Agerola. 
The meeting point will be in Conca dei Marini at the Albergo Monastero Santa rosa  located
 before the 3rd tunnel you find coming down from Agerola.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers can be arranged to your apartment. On the Booking Form at the bottom of this page there is a section "Request Quote for Transfers", simply click "Yes" or "No", if requested, we will get back to you with our quote.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating and or air-conditioning - 50 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00 hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00 hrs
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
