LOCATION: 
This apartment sleeps up to 5 people and is situated in Conca dei Marini, which is on the Amalfi 
Coast, in between Positano and Amalfi (3 kilometres - 1.86 miles from Amalfi) and overlooks the 
sea, coast and Amalfi.  Because these apartments are located outside Amalfi, the prices are very 
reasonable, ideal for a family or group of friends and is a good base for the Amalfi Coast.
This is a village scattered along the Amalfi Coast, with spectacular scenery 
of the green vegetation and the blue of the sea and sky.
To reach the apartment is very easy. Once you park the car, there are only a few easy steps 
(about 15), to the entrance.
Car hire is advisible.
The beaches are located at 1 km far away from the house.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartament has been totally renovated and decorated with modern furniture. 
The apartment consists of:
A kitchen furnished with gas hob, oven and fridge.
A bedroom with king size bed and a window overlooking the sea and Amalfi.
A bedroom with twin beds (when required, the beds can be pushed together to make up a king 
size bed) and a window overlooking the sea and Amalfi.
Settee that converts to a single bed.
A dining/living room with TV, and terrace furnished with a table for 2 people.
Two bathrooms with shower.
There is no air conditioning at this apartment.

AMENITIES:
It is equipped with television, fridge, washing machine, heating and internet access.

Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

BY CAR: 
From the A1 in Naples pick up the A3 south to Salerno/Reggio Calabria.
Incidentally, the junction of the A1-A3 is by the Naples Capodichino airport and you have to 
go always straight on, not to turn picking up the A30 south to Salerno.
Exit Castellamare di Stabia and  follow the indication Agerola/Costiera Amalfitana; 
Continue along the same, where after 14/15 Km later you will arrive in Agerola. 
The meeting point will be in Conca dei Marini at the Albergo Monastero Santa rosa  located
 before the 3rd tunnel you find coming down from Agerola.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating - 50 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00 hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00 hrs
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.   

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
