LOCATION: 
If you want to be right in the heart of Amalfi, then this apartment is ideal, in fact it shares its walls with the southern
face of the Saint Andrew Cathedral.  The apartment is reached by a series of ancient steps (approx. 60 steps) 
beneath the cathedral.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartment has been tastefully restored and furnished with antiques. Hardwood parquet floors, with inlaid Vietri 
tiles, add character and charm. This elegant apartment is specifically favoured due to its location that directly 
overlooks Amalfi’s famous main square. With Amalfi at its doorstep and the beach, bars, restaurants and shops only 
a walk away, this is indeed the perfect base to discover the Amalfi Coast and is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The apartment consists of:
An open plan hall, dining room and spacious sitting room with a double sofa bed.
A well equipped kitchen with stove top, fridge and oven.
1 bathroom with a bath.
1 bathroom with a shower.
1 double bedroom with a king size bed and balcony.
1 double bedroom with a king size bed (or twin beds) and a balcony.

AMENITIES:
It is equipped with television, fridge, washing machine and heating.
Car hire is not a necessity because of its central location, people use the public transport to take them around the 
Amalfi Coast and there is a bus terminal in Amalfi located on the sea front.
Should you have car hire, parking is not available next to the property. Paid public parking is available in the town, 
further details can be provided on request.
Positano 17 km (10.56 miles); Ravello 6 Km (3.73 miles); Sorrento 35 Km (21.75 miles); 
Naples airport 60 Km (37.28 miles); Salerno and train station 23 Km (14.29 miles).
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Naples Central, take the railway to SALERNO and from here a regular coach service runs to Amalfi almost every hour from SITA bus station.

FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino Airport" you can take a Taxi outside direct to Positano, it is always best to negotiate a price before entering the Taxi or from Naples, Piazza Municipio the SITA coach service runs directly to Amalfi.

BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally take the "Ss 163" to Amalfi.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers can be arranged to your apartment. On the Booking Form at the bottom of this page there is a section "Request Quote for Transfers", simply click "Yes" or "No", if requested, we will get back to you with our quote.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating - 70 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00 hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.  

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
