LOCATION: 
This apartment is located in the centre of Amalfi, on the top floor of a 19th century building (accessible 
via 88 steps, therefore not ideal for the elderly). Just a two minute walk takes you directly to the famous square 
of “Piazza Duomo”. The apartment has a private terrace (equipped with deck-chairs, table and large sunshade) 
and a view of the Duomo church, the sea and the mountains surrounding Amalfi.
This apartment would be ideal for familes or small group of friends.

DESCRIPTION:
Finely furnished with antique furniture and decorated in perfect Mediterranean style.
This bright apartment is located on two floors and comprises of the following:
A big living room with a table and a double sofa bed.
A kitchen with all kitchen utensils.
Two double bedrooms. 
First bathroom (with bath).
A second bathroom (with wc, sink and bidet).
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom (with a shower).
A large terrace.

AMENITIES:
Equipped with colour TV, Washing machine, dish-washer, fridge, air conditioning blows warm and cold air
and all the necessary amenities. 
A car is not a necessity here.  If you have a car it is not possible to park your car near the property, you would 
have to park in private pay parking in the town.  
Positano 17 km; Ravello 6 Km; Sorrento 35 Km; Naples airport 60 Km; Salerno and train station 23 Km.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Naples Central, take the railway to SALERNO and from here a regular coach service runs to Amalfi almost every hour from SITA bus station.

FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino Airport" you can take a Taxi outside direct to Positano, it is always best to negotiate a price before entering the Taxi or from Naples, Piazza Municipio the SITA coach service runs directly to Amalfi.

BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally take the "Ss 163" to Amalfi.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 250 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartments on arrival.
For heating and or air-conditioning - 70 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason. 

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
