LOCATION: 
The apartment is located in the heart of Amalfi, accessible by walking the main street of Via Lorenzo d’Amalfi
and climbing about 140 steps, in which case this apartment may not be suitable for the elderly, but ideal for families
or groups of friends.
This beautiful apartment has been tastefully restored and furnished with antiques. Vietri tiles, with antique inlaid 
decors of blue and flowered design, add a special character and charm to the floors. 
The apartment boasts spectacular views of the sea, the Amalfi cathedral and the lush mountains that surround the city.
With Amalfi at the doorstep and the beach only a walk away, this is a delightful base to discover the Amalfi Coast.  
The apartment is well furnished and is composed by a ground floor and a second floor.

DESCRIPTION:
On the ground floor there is:
An open plan hall with a beautiful view of Amalfi Cathedral’s bell-tower.
1 bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom.
1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a large window with a sweeping view of the sea and bell tower.
1 bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor there is:
An elegant living room with three sofas (including two sofa beds, one double and one single), an armchair, a TV, 
a stereo and a big terrace with a expansive view of Amalfi and the sea.
A well equipped kitchen.
A spacious dining room.

AMENITIES:
It is equipped with television, fridge, washing machine and heating.
No air conditioning available at this apartment.
A car is not a necessity here.  If you have a car it is not possible to park your car near the property, you would 
have to park in private pay parking in the town.  
Positano 17 km; Ravello 6 Km; Sorrento 35 Km; Naples airport 60 Km; Salerno and train station 23 Km.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Naples Central, take the railway to SALERNO and from here a regular coach service runs to Amalfi almost every hour from SITA bus station.

FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino Airport" you can take a Taxi outside direct to Positano, it is always best to negotiate a price before entering the Taxi or from Naples, Piazza Municipio the SITA coach service runs directly to Amalfi.

BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally take the "Ss 163" to Amalfi.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 150 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
Heating - payable on consumption.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
