This apartment is quite centrally located and easily reachable by walking along the main street
“Via Lorenzo d’Amalfi” and by climbing about 35 steps. It is very close to shops, restaurants and stations
of main public transportation, and is only a few minutes away from the private and public beaches.
The apartment is situated at the ground floor of a 19th century building and is provided with a wide terrace,
surrounded by orange trees and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
DESCRIPTION:
This is a luxurious apartment, which is made up of two levels. It is finely decorated with antique furniture,
in typical Mediterranean style, where you can relax and pamper yourself in these beautiful surrounds.
The lower level is composed of :
A big living room with table, sofas and balconies overlooking the terrace (leading to the other areas).
A bedroom with king size bed (closed by a glass door), proceeded by an ante-room with sofa bed.
An intermediate floor with a second room, including two single beds or one king size bed (this room
is isolated and closed by a door and a window overlooking the ante-room).
Two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower).
A well equipped kitchen.
From the living room, other steps take you to a third bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with shower.
It is located on the same level of the intermediate floor, but is completely independent.
AMENITIES:
Amenities include a TV, phone, washing machine, dishwasher and warm and cold air-conditioning
(in one room only), un-attended parking is possible near the apartment.
Distance: Positano 17km, Sorrento 35km, Naples and airport 60km, Salerno and train station 23km.
Apartments runs Saturday to Saturday.
HOW TO REACH AMALFI
FROM TRAIN
STATION:
From Naples Central, take the
railway to SALERNO and from here
a regular coach service runs to
Amalfi almost every hour from
SITA bus station.
FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino
Airport" you can take a Taxi
outside direct to Positano, it
is always best to negotiate a
price before entering the Taxi
or from Naples, Piazza Municipio
the SITA coach service runs directly
to Amalfi.
BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit
at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road
towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally
take the "Ss 163" to
Amalfi.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.
Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 300 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay.
Final Cleaning - 80 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating and or air-conditioning (in one room only) - paid on consumption.
Apartments runs Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro.
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

and all the objects and items
in it. They will be considered
responsible for any damage of
