LOCATION: 
The apartment is located right in the heart of Amalfi, you arrive at the apartment by walking the 
main street of Via Lorenzo d’Amalfi and climbing a few steps. 
It is located on the second floor (no lift) of a 19th century building, two minutes walking distance 
from the beach and from the famous “Piazza Duomo” square.
Positano 17 km, Sorrento 35 km, Naples airport 60 km, Salerno and train station 23km.

DESCRIPTION:
It is finely furnished and decorated in perfect Mediterranean style. Vietri tiles, with inlaid decors of blue 
flowered antiques, adds a special character and charm to the floors.
The apartment is about 70 mq and includes: hall, living room, small kitchen well equipped, double 
bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom.

AMENITIES:
It is also equipped with television, dish washer, washing machine, fridge, air conditioning blows warm and 
cold air and other basic amenities.
There are no parking facilities at the apartments, you will have park your vehicle in a local pay private 
garage.  
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

FROM TRAIN STATION:
From Naples Central, take the railway to SALERNO and from here a regular coach service runs to Amalfi almost every hour from SITA bus station.

FROM AIRPORT:
As you exit "Napoli "Capodichino Airport" you can take a Taxi outside direct to Positano, it is always best to negotiate a price before entering the Taxi or from Naples, Piazza Municipio the SITA coach service runs directly to Amalfi.

BY CAR:
Highway A3 towards Salerno. Exit at Castellammare Di Stabia.
Take the "Ss 145" road towards Meta Di Sorrento. Finally take the "Ss 163" to Amalfi.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Airport Transfers can be arranged to your apartment. On the Booking Form at the bottom of this page there is a section "Request Quote for Transfers", simply click "Yes" or "No", if requested, we will get back to you with our quote.

To Book - Please Read The Following Information:-  
We request a deposit to hold the apartment, with the balance to be paid via Bank Transfer 45 days prior to arrival.

Damage Bond - this apartment requires a Damage Bond Deposit on arrival of 250 Euro - refundable at the end
of your stay. 
Final Cleaning - 50 Euro made payable direct to the apartment on arrival.
For heating and or air-conditioning - 70 Euro payable on arrival if required.
Apartments run Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in is between the hours of 15:30 hrs - 20:00 hrs - unless you specifiy another time when booking. If you
arrive anytime after 20:00 hrs upto 22:00hrs you will pay a surcharge of 25 Euro. 
They do not accept arrivals after 22:00
Check-out is no later that 10:00 hrs in the morning.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: 
For protection, it is important to take adequate Insurance Cover
Should you cancel after the booking is made - loss of deposit
• 25% of the balance - 45-30 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 50% of the balance - 29-21 days prior to rental commencement period.
• 100% of the balance - 20 - 0 days prior to rental commencement period.
"No Show" - 100% of the balance.
"No reimbursement" given back to those clients who interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason. 

RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS: Clients have to take care of the accommodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these.
