This is a beautiful villa, which was once an old farmhouse, set in stunning grounds situated in the midst 
of the countryside, overlooking the peninsula of Cuma and the island of Ischia. It sits in the heart of the 
historical centre of Cuma, in fact the villa itself has some historical value. The villa has been divided into
five apartaments of different sizes, all beautifully restored, immaculately kept, with all modern comforts, 
antique furniture and Italian silks, but carefully retains its old country style with beamed ceilings, open 
fireplaces and stone floors. 
Outside there are two barbecues, an authentic bread/pizza oven with a pergola and dinning furniture. 
The villa is surrounded with lush green grass, roses, bougainvillea and many Mediterranean trees and 
plants, dotted  with orange and lemon trees, bordered with flower beds of fragrant climbing pink and 
yellow roses. If you are looking for somewhere to cut yourself off from the rest of the world and be 
surrounded by beautiful furnishings, quaint gardens and simply chill out by the pool, then these apartments
are  idyllic, but not in the wilderness, as it is only about 10 minutes by car to the nearest town. 
Although the apartments are self-contained, they share the garden, large swimming pool with sun-beds 
and car park. 

The villa is divided into five separate self-contained apartments, referred to as "Casa", Casa David, 
6-8 people, Casa Guilia - 2 people, Casa Gelsomina - 2 people, Casa Priscilla - 2 people and
Casa Arancia - 2 people.  In total, the villa will take up to 14-16 people, which is ideal if you have a
large party of family and frineds, as it is also possible to take over the entire villa. 
All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchenette facilities.  Casa David has two bathrooms. 

The proprietor lives at the villa and speaks excellent English, she is a charming and helpful lady 
and is also a Champion Siberian Husky dog breeder, the dogs are kept on the grounds, but they have their 
own separate environment.  Normally a couple of her old dogs roam around, but they are
very friendly.  Maid service is included in the price (two hours per day, 5 days a week), also a laundry 
service is available at an extra cost.

Our Opinion: These areall  lovely apartments set on a beautiful complex, with pretty surroundings, which 
makes here an ideal place for relaxation.
