This hotel is situated in the heart of the Phlegraen Fields between Lucrino and Arco Felice, in a busy
area with a backdrop of the slopes of Monte Nuovo, just in front of the sea and a 5-minute walk 
to the Cumana railway station "Lucrino".  Also there is a bus stop close to the entrance of the hotel 
and the bus can take you into Pozzuoli and the centre of Naples.
This is a combination of hotel (bed & breakfast) and apartments, (for apartments please see index bar above).
Close by to the hotel are some nice bars, a few restaurants and you can enjoy a lovely walk around Lake Averno.
The beach is only 50 metres (approx. a 2 minute walk), where you can enjoy the beach lido, with sunbeds and umbrellas
at a small charge. 
You can walk along the seafront to the little town of Arco Felice (about a 10-minute walk) where there are more bars, 
restaurants, tearooms, shops and  banks.
There is also a small Beauty Centre and hotel and apartment guests are welcome to use the facilities, such as; sauna, 
hydro pool and gym, free of charge.  For massages and other therapies there is a charge, which is to be made payable 
direct to the centre.

The Rooms: 
This is a modern stylish 4**** hotel.  They have 3 single rooms (the beds in the single rooms are small) and 19 Double
rooms, these rooms are spacious, with teak furniture set in an attractive decor with a private ensuite bathroom. 
Most of the Standard Rooms do not have balconies or sea view, but the Superior Double Rooms do have balconies and 
sea view,  and you will be advised of this when we send you our availability and prices.
There is a lovely terrace with wicker tables and chairs, umbrellas and small fountains, where you can sit and 
read or have a drink. 
For the hotel guests there is a breakfast room/lounge, TV/bar.  During the summer months they serve breakfast on 
the ground terrace There is also a roof sun terrace with sun beds.  They have single, and double rooms and a third bed 
can be added. 
All rooms have the following facilities: private ensuite bathroom/WC, air conditioning, TV with satellite, wired in radio, 
telephone, safe - available for valuables and mini-bar. 
Other amenities at the hotel are; bar, lounge/TV, internet point, lift, terrace, roof sun terrace, garage parking and 
centralheating. Continental breakfast is included.  There is not a restaurant on the premises of the hotel, but you can 
dine at their sister hotel Il Gabbiano, their small mini bus will collect and return you to the hotel.  They serve a good 
menu and the restaurant has lovely panoramic views.

The Location:  
Located in Lucrino on the Gulf of Pozzuoli.

Our Opinion:  
This is a bright, friendly hotel with most of the staff speaking English. Good access to public transport, suitable for all, 
ideal for any time of the year, a good base for sighting seeing and close to the beach. 
The hotel does not have a swimming pool.
