LOCATION: 
This beautiful villa is set among Roman ruins and thick vegetation situated at the base of Capo Miseno, Bacoli, 
which is on the Gulf of Pozzuoli, near Naples.  It was discovered that underneath the villa lies a tunnel leading to
 the sea, which is part of the Roman ruins of an ancient theatre and can be viewed by guests staying here.  
The villa was purchased in 1932 by the owner's grandfather and was later rebuilt after the Second World War.  
The villa has incredible views from NW to SE of the sea, the lake which is locally called the “Dead Sea”, the coast 
with the lighthouse of Miseno and the Islands of Procida and Ischia. 
 
From the entrance of the villa, in walking distance, you can easily reach the beautiful beach of Miseno, this is a sandy
beach with safe shallow waters that is ideal for children, here there are lidos where you can daily purchase sun beds 
and umbrellas (pay beach), or there are parts of the beach that are free.  Also there are local bars and a few beach 
restaurants and other types of restaurants where you can get anything from snacks to main course meals and these are 
open day and night.  A lovely restaurant that is half way up Capo Miseno and is in walking distance is "Il Primativo", 
where they serve excellent pizza, pastas, fish and meat dishes.
From the road you go through a set of iron gates down a small road for about a minute and straight in front of the road 
are a second set of iron gates and through these you are in the private grounds of the villa.

DESCRIPTION:
This villa is ideal for groups of family and friends as it can sleep up to 11 people comfortably, additional people can
be added, please request in the "Additional Comments" panel on the booking form below and we will do out best 
to accommodate your group. 
Once you enter through the private gates to the villa, there is a small car park that can take up to 4 cars, from this 
area there is a set of stairs that sweep round to your left and lead up to the villa where you arrive at the main 
panoramic terrace.
This large terrace follows around the front of the villa and overlooks the sea water filled swimming pool with 
diving board and there is a set of stairs that lead down to the pool.  Down by the pool area is a shower, changing 
cubicle and toilet with its own solarium (sun terrace) and this is lit up of an evening.  Along the main terrace is the 
portico (an area of the terrace with roof), this has a built in barbeque and a table tennis table.

From the living room area there are two sets of sliding doors that open up onto the main terrace and outside are tables
and chairs where you can sit and spend a lovely evening.  The furnishings are comfortable and practical with some 
old style pieces of furniture that are attractive.  From the living room leads a corridor, where you reach the many 
bedrooms and bathrooms, this also leads to the serviceable kitchen with cooker, two fridges with freezers and 
dishwasher, there is also a door that leads out onto the a terrace with pantry.  There are five comfortable, bright and 
some panoramic bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, some rooms have ensuite bathrooms (shower) and some 
where the bathrooms are adjacent to the rooms.

Swimming pool (sea water filled) with solariun (sun terrace), large terrace with portico, parking, built in barbeque, 
air conditioning, independant kitchen and electric shutters.

Important Note: 
There is a second floor to the villa, which is for the owners use only and they may stay from time to time.  
They have a separate entrance that leads up and across the main terrace to their entrance.  
They may use the pool but they do not sit on the main terrace.  They are lovely people and toally respect
their guests privacy.
